Check Point, the advanced visualizer for pressing control
Check Point is a versatile and efficient instrument for real-time monitoring and control of pressing operations.
It was designed and developed as a visualizer specifically for presses.
Its distinguishing feature is the clear and precise definition of menu parameters, such as contact force, stopping force, maximum force limit, force achieved, and many others.
It is indicated for carrying out checks on the following factors:
- For controlling the force applied by the press; for stopping the press when a pre-set force is reached; for starting the force multiplier of the hydro-pneumatic cylinders; for the activation of digital outputs at pre-set values.
- For controlling the hydraulic pressure of the cylinder; for stopping the press when a pre-set pressure is reached; for the activation of digital outputs at pre-set values.
- For checking the position of the cylinder rod; for stopping the press when a pre-set stroke is reached, for checking the final height of the piece, for the activation of digital outputs at pre-set values.
Two versions are available: AN for analog transducer, EN for incremental encoder.
