SA 1-5 Main Features

1.  Transmission Group
Made up of drive and conduct pulleys, connected by an inclined teeth belt.
The fine pitch of the roller screw allows the assembly without speed reducer, benefiting reliability, noise and performance.
The special inclined teeth belt guarantees:
• silence
• low vibrations

2.  Body in extruded aluminum
The extruded aluminum body gives the cylinder a particularly clean design.
The slots for positioning any magnetic sensors are protected by an adequate rubber cover.

3.  Anti-rotation stem
The cylinder stem is chromiumplated externally, with substantial reduction of the radial clearance and improved resistance to wear and tear. 
Equipped with integrated anti-rotation device.

4.  Load cell
Precision strain gauge external load cell with over-load protection.

5.  Brushless motor with absolute encoder
The best solution for:
• torque curves
• no maintenance
• dimension-to-power ratio
The absolute encoder keeps the cylinder position constantly in the memory (NO zero search): the cylinder is immediately ready to go.

6.  Ball Screw
Excellent solution for low thrust forces.
High quality ball screw class 7, according to ISO 3408 standards.
The ball bearings between the screw and the nut, offering low resistance to friction, ensure smooth operation in the full speed range of the cylinder.
The resulting high efficiency also ensures a particularly long service life.
