The components of the kit
The command and control system is built on four tightly integrated components, designed to work together in perfect synergy.


- Electric Cylinder
Equipped with motor, temperature sensor, load cell and absolute encoder, to measure the force and position of the rod.


- Drive-unit
It drives the brushless motor of the cylinder and controls the position of the rod.


- Press-Right
It checks, in real time, the force and instantaneous position of the cylinder.


- Cables
All the cables needed to connect the different components of the system.
Accessories and Options
External Load Cell
The external HPT load cell allows precise measurement of low forces, further extending the versatility of Alfamatic electric cylinders.


External Micrometric Probe
It enables micrometric precision measurement of the tool’s true position relative to a reference point on the workpiece, eliminating inaccuracies caused by structural play and deformation.


C Frame
Low-bending monolithic steel structure.
Ground mold support plate made of steel.


Electric Cabinet
Pre-wired, containing:
- Drive-unit
- General on-off switch with door lock
- Magnetic thermal protection switches
- Redundant power supply switches
- Cooling system
- Terminal block for connection to main panel


Lubricating Grease
Specific lubricating grease for presses with planetary roller screws.
Grease Pump
It enables the addition of grease inside the electric actuator nut throught the greasing hole.


RFID
RFID device for the automatic identification of the processing code.
Upon reading the RFID tag, the Press-Right system autonomously loads the corresponding processing recipe and configures the press parameters accordingly, eliminating the need for manual setup and minimizing the risk of configuration errors.
