The load cell is the force transducer chosen for its accuracy<\/strong> and mechanical strength<\/strong>.<\/p>

The great advantage of this cell is that it does not have the limitations of a piezoelectric transducers. It is instead perfect for use on presses.<\/p>

For each Alfamatic cylinder, the most suitable load cell is available <\/b>and ready to install.

To measure the position of the cylinder rod with the highest accuracy<\/b>, Alfamatic chose the incremental encoder.<\/p>\n

The encoder is a digital position transducer,<\/b> and as such it doesn’t show the typical defects of analog transducers like wear and tear, sensitivity to electrical noise, nonlinearity, temperature influence, and stroke-dependent accuracy.<\/p>\n

Alfamatic instruments use the encoder’s zero signal: thus, the cylinder rod position reading is always taken with zero margin of error.<\/p>\n

Assembly<\/strong><\/p>\n

Thanks to the eccentric guide bush, the positioning of the encoder on the press is very simple. The encoder is supplied by Alfamatic with the desired useful stroke and is available with useful stroke up to 600 mm<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
